Why don't I see my fonts?

Your template switched to Times New Roman after migrating instead of the fonts you chose? Here's how to fix that.

What Happened

V3 only loads fonts you've activated in Settings > Fonts. If your template uses a font that's not on the active list, V3 defaults to Times New Roman instead of showing an error. Be sure to check all of your fonts used in the template, not just the body format!

How to Fix It

Before migrating:

1. Go to Settings > Fonts.
2. Search for your font(s) and toggle it on.
3. Migrate your template; it'll render correctly from the start.

After migrating (already showing Times New Roman):

1. Go to Settings > Fonts and toggle on the missing font.

2. Go back to your template, select the Design icon, pick Format and adjust your font as needed.
