Where Did My Fee Library Go?

Your pricing table migrated to V3, but the advanced pricing features- fee library references, recurring logic and table formulas didn't come with it. That's because V3's table block is still under development. Here's how to work around it for now.

How It Works

V3 tables handle basic pricing, but not the automatic calculations your V2 tables did. Fee libraries, recurring logic, formulas, and inline discounts all need to be rebuilt manually in V3. It's extra work, but straightforward once you know what to do.

Quick Fixes

Fee library items

Type the values directly into the table as static text instead of referencing the library.

Recurring fees

Select the row to add recurring details.

Inline discounts

Add the discount as its own line item or footer row with the adjusted total, rather than using automatic calculations.

Formulas

As formulas don't exist in V3, the totals need to be manually calculated and added.

When to stay in V2

If a document depends heavily on these features, especially high-volume recurring pricing, it might be worth keeping it in V2 for now rather than rebuilding manually. You can always move it to V3 once the pricing functionality catches up.
