How to migrate your fees
All at once: use bulk migration to move your whole fee library (along with templates, sections, snippets and images, if you'd like). See Migration: Content Library
One at a time: select the fee, then click on the three dots to the right to migrate the selected fee
Migrated fees appear in your Pricing Catalogue, where you can also set quantities, mark items optional, and let clients edit quantities.
What carries over
- Fee name
- Description
- Price
Folders will not carry over and will need to be recreated.
Pricing tables in migrated templates
Pricing tables migrate with your templates. If a table used recurring fees, discounts or formulas, check it after migrating and rebuild those parts if needed.
FAQ
Is the fee library called something different in New Proposify?
Yes, it's the Pricing Catalogue. Basic plans can view the catalogue but can't add items to proposals.
Do I have to rebuild everything?
No. Fees migrate automatically, and basic pricing tables migrate fine. Only tables using recurring logic or formulas may need a touch-up.
